This time, the Facebook photo posted Tuesday shows Frankel posing with her new book, but her outfit—including a belt cinched tight around her teeny waist—makes it clear she's lost a lot of weight recently, ETOnlineobserves.
Commenters quickly weighed in, calling Frankel "skeletal" and saying she looks "very ill." But Frankel defended the photo yesterday, Radar adds.
