Rusty Sellner, who charged with breaking into Miley Cyrus's home in December has pleaded not guilty. He was arrested Monday. He broke into the 22-year-old star's Los Angeles home and stole her and her brother's personal property. Sellner is 22-years-old. If convicted, he faces up to seven years and eight months in prison.

This is the second burglary to hit the singer in a little over a year. Last June, authorities convicted a couple that broke into Cyrus's home and stole her Maserati and jewelry.

If you're gonna say she does just because you hate her for some stupid reason? then you're obviously dumb because you wouldn't want that to happen to you. No one deserves to be robbed! I hope the person who robbed Miley goes to jail.
